Every Quietum Plus order placed on this authorized portal is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive it. If you are not satisfied, you may return your bottles for a refund of the product price.

How to request a refund

Contact our support team at care@quietumplusofficial.com or +1 (302) 555-0173 to begin. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please include your order number.

Return instructions

Return all bottles, including empty ones, within 60 days of receipt. Pack them securely and use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refund processing

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we issue a refund of the product price to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges, where they applied, are non-refundable.

Purchases from other sellers

Because Quietum Plus is sold only through this portal, we can only honor refunds for orders placed here. Products bought elsewhere are not authorized stock and are not eligible.
